How do I know if you are a bona fide dealer in firearms?
Go the BATFE's FFL E-Z Check page at https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck. You can also contact the California DOJ at 916 227-3694 and ask if Nor Cal BRG has a CFD number that authorizes them to conduct business in California.


How long is the waiting period in California?
The waiting period for the purchase or transfer of handguns and long guns is ten (10) 24-hour periods from the date and time of the acceptance of the DROS information by the CA DOJ and the assignment of the unique DROS number. Firearms cannot and will not be released to a purchaser before the end of the (10) 24-hour periods. Further, a purchaser will have to resubmit their DROS information and pay the DROS fee again if they do not pick up their firearm within 30 days of original DROS submittal.


What does it take to buy a gun from Nor Cal BRG?
In order to purchase a firearm from us you will have to come in and start your background check and 10 day wait in person (also known as DROS paperwork). After (10) 24-hour periods then you will have to come back to pick up your firearm. We cannot and will not start your DROS paperwork by phone or mail as we are required to get your signature, copies of your driver's license, utility bills, and swipe your drivers license into the computer. This cannot be done by mail.


How do I know if my order went through or not?
You will receive a confirmation number at the end of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at sales@norcalbrg.com


Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order. You may order as much or as little as you want. Take advantage of our one-rate shipping plan that allows you to order as many items as you like but still pay the same flat rate for shipping.


Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Yes, but on a limited number of items. Discounted pricing is not available through our website. Please contact our Quote Department at sales@norcalbrg.com


How do I find what I ordered in the past?
If you're a My Account user, just log in using your Username and Password. Next click on the My Account tab and then the Order History link. You can view up to an entire year's worth of orders (telephone and web).


Can I get credit on my account instead of a refund when I return merchandise?
Sorry, we do not hold credit on return merchandise. You will be issued a refund check or credit will be applied to the credit card which was originally billed.


Do I need to include my credit card number on my return merchandise form?
No, because it will be on the invoice that you include with the product you are returning.


Do you supply a return label with each order for merchandise you wish to return?
No, we do not include a return label with each order.


I have a product I need to return, but I cannot find my copy of the invoice.
If you are a registered user, click the My Account tab at the top of the browser, next click the Order History link. Find the order in question and click on the Details link. Then print off what is on the Details page and include it with your return. If you are not a registered user, contact Customer Service at sales@norcalbrg.com.
